Dinosaur Dimension:

The dino dimension has been given a gigantic makeover in the 1.7.2 version. It is now a multi biome dimension which you can safely travel too. All details will follow below:

The DinoDimension is made up of five types of biomes:
  1. DinoPlains
  2. DinoMountains
  3. DinoJungle
  4. DinoIslands
  5. DinoOcean
In the dimension you can find huge and dangerous dinosaurs. Currently added dinosaurs are:
  1. Triceratops
  2. Brontosaurus
  3. Raptors
  4. Pterosaurs
  5. T-Rex
  6. Ichtyosaurus
How to travel safely to the dimension:
  1. Build a "Nether Portal Shaped" portal out of mossy cobblestone
  2. Light it with a Flint and Fossil, Fossils can be found in the overworld like any other ore. 
  3. Step through the portal, it will take you to a new portal in the DinoWorld, which you can use to safely travel home again. 
  4. If you want to move the portal, just break it and setup a new one somewhere else, they will automaticly link up again. 
  5. When you have gathered enough materials, I suggest you craft a TimeTraveler. This nifty little Item teleports you to the nearest portal in the other dimension when you right click. This make explorering the DinoWorld like a piece of cake!

Ice Age Dimension:

  • Sabertooth tigers
  • Musk oxes

How to travel safely to the dimension:
  1. Build a "Nether Portal Shaped" portal out of Ice cobblestone
  2. Light it with a Flint and Fossil, Fossils can be found in the overworld like any other ore. 
  3. Step through the portal, it will take you to a new portal in the IceAgeWorld, which you can use to safely travel home again. 
  4. If you want to move the portal, just break it and setup a new one somewhere else, they will automaticly link up again. 
  5. When you have gathered enough materials, I suggest you craft a Ice Age Time Traveler. This nifty little Item teleports you to the nearest portal in the other dimension when you right click. This make explorering the Ice Age World like a piece of cake!
