Penguins!

Today I remade the penguins! They are no longer ugly, noisy creatures. But majestic Emperor Penguins! They will even slide over ice to go faster! This update also made changes to the core module, which affect penguin and fox spawn rates. The latest Arctic version requires Core 1.5 to work.

This is broken I tried using core 2.0 i didnt get the spawn eggs only the items can this be fixed?
