LotsOMobs - Version 1.6.4-104.0.1!

This update fixes all known bugs from the last few 1.6.4 versions. Now LotsOMobs is 100% working propperly and all blocks and mobs spawn and behave correct. 

Use the latest Forge for 1.6.4: Version 9.11.1.965.
